immaculate aided in the development of a UK campaign which included national advertising, a direct mail campaign targeted at prescribers and an incentive-led campaign for the sales team.

The emphasis was on awareness and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment in primary care. Many of the direct mail pieces focused on tactile experiences, utilising embossing and debossing techniques to create a rough surface, so prescribers could feel a rough skin effect. Others used the high-impact pop-up mechanisms to create impact and a lasting impression.
